3 Rounds for Reps:

Sumo-Deadlift High Pull (75,55)
Box Jumps (24,20)
Push-press (75,55)
Row (calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for 3 rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of ‘rotate,’ the athletes must move to the next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

220 for me. The wall ball minutes seemed VERY long. I really need to work on those. It was fun and I love any wod where we get to have partners count for us- it feels so official.
FGB was bad…wish I had not went out for drinks last night…Fun WOD but painful!

270. I had Goose’s 442 in my sights right up until my 3rd wall ball. Fight gone quite bad.
I don’t know if anyone ever really wins this fight. solid score, nice job bud. new goal – 300 club next time we put the gloves on.

Bummed that I can’t make it in tomorrow for this WOD. I’ve been wanting to try this one for awhile now. Have fun with it…and looking forward to it next time around.
