Fight Gone Bad

In this workout you spend one minute at each of five stations, resulting in a a five-minute round after which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for three rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of ‘rotate,’ the athletes must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower, where each calorie is one point.

The stations are:

  1. Wall-ball, 10 ft target (20,14) (Reps)
  2. Sumo deadlift high-pull (75,55) (Reps)
  3. Box jump (20) (Reps)
  4. Push-press (75,55) (Reps)
  5. Row (Calories)

    Wish I could’ve done FGB today- worked out at the YMCA instead. I heard a great quote from one of the quasi trainers there- “You wanna avoid that Crossfit thing- it’s really intense”. Yup it is, and it also gets real fitness results, and we love it!

    Same with Pizza Hut cheese. Hint- it’s not all cheese- lots of soy and silicon filler. Bleh! My advice- don’t eat at Pizza Hut or Taco Bell.

    Did anyone see the news story today about Taco Bell being sued for false advertising? Apparently their ground beef is only like 30% beef and the rest is FILLER! How disgusting is that? Just another reminder to EAT REAL FOOD!
