    Felt REAL PUKEY during the wall balls rounds 2-5. BUT, that was the first time I linked somewhat heavy snatches instead of dropping the bar, and I felt confident doing it, didn’t drop it once, so there’s that.

    Those runs got real dicey between the rotting bird carcass and the dust/grass from the weed-whacker. Shut my eyes and mouth to avoid the hazards and hoped I wasn’t going to tip over.

    Gill’s awesome. I’ve said it before but ever notice how everything she does even IN A WOD looks like she’s demo’ing the movements, keeping perfect form? Rx also wasn’t enough for her so she threw more weight on the bar. Definitely someone to strive to be like.
