We will be holding a reduced schedule this Marathon Monday at night and will only be running classes in Southie Green. There will be no 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 or 7:30pm. The remainder of the day remains the same.

Saturday, April 18th: Gymnastics Skills Seminar 11:30am โ€“ 1:00pm
This monthโ€™s gymnastics seminar will focus on rope climbs, ring work, and the GHD. This is a great opportunity to spend a full 90 minutes focusing on these movements. Hopefully youโ€™ll be able to improve on what you can already do, or maybe do something for the very first time! Donโ€™t forget to wear your long socks.
