There will be no Open Gym at 1pm and 2pm this Sunday.  There will be Open Gym at 8am and Yoga is back in Southie Orange at 10am with Tamara!

10 Rounds
1 Clean and Jerk
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

*Pick your weight- should be 75-80% of 1 RM
