11.6 – Competitors be ready to go at 8am sharp with Alec if you would like to retry.  Also, Vagabond Easton grand opening is today.  Swing on by.  This will be the last Saturday for 9am and 10am classes only.  We will add the 11am class back on next weekend as the sectionals have come to an end.

30 Kettlebell Swings (2/1.5)
30 Pull Ups

20 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1)
20 Pull Ups

Run 400m
15 Swings (1/.5)
15 Pull Ups

Please scale the WOD to your abilities.  This is a long, arduous WOD.  One of the toughest Girls around.  Work with coach Alec to determine how best to scale the workout in order to finish it under 40 minutes.
