    WOD: Almost 4 (3.9?). Came in 8 sec after time cap

    Those weren’t tears. I was just sweating a lot…..out of my eyes.

    Skipped out on the WOD and did a little conditioning WOD with Frawls and Michelle…5k run immediately into a 5k row…43:27.79.
