Halloween BAr Crawl

You all better be ready for this fantasticness! Here is the deal. We are meeting at CFS starting at 4pm. If you can bring some sort of finger food dish that would be amazing. If you are not coming on the bar crawl, and have children, you are more than welcome to bring them in costume to hang out and run around for an hour. That goes for you that don’t have children too. If you yourself want to run around in costume for an hour  and skip the crawl, please do. It will be fun to take pictures at the box, and rally before we venture out into the streets of Boston as grown adults in costume. We are planning on arriving at our first destination (The Stadium) around 5:30pm. They are going to be providing us with apps because they are awesome. We will be releasing our later crawl destinations and times as soon as I have a final consult with the social committee 🙂 I am expecting to see some impressive costumes. Don’t disappoint.

    Gotta thank Chuck for help on the front squats!. Coming up under the bar and resting it on the clavicle makes a huge difference. It’s much easier than grabbing the bar off the stand and flipping your wrists around to get in position.

    and anyone not participating in the games 11/12 & 13. think about volunteering. It’s a great chance to mingle with other crossfitters and watch some spectacular Southie athletes.

    Might want to add a Beacon Hill bar to the Halloween Crawl. Beacon Hill is closed to car traffic, and it’s an outdoor festival with trick-or-treating and fantastic decorations!
