    It pained me to miss OLY but the HSPUs were too tempting to pass up. Gotten much better at them.

    WOD: 14:38 – 1.25p and green/blue bands for HSPU.

    Getting over the upside down fear/hatred and got my first few kipping HSPUs on the wall and a few abmats. Thanks Haley for the help 🙂

    365# on DL; 16:09 (L3(kipping HSPU)) for the WOD. Scaled volume of HSPU (5, 8, 10 reps). Best my HSPU have ever felt. Thanks for the coaching, Chuck!
