Are you bummed that you didn’t make it to LA this summer to see your favorite CrossFit Games athletes throw down live and in person? Not to worry… many of them are coming to the Northeast, and will be competing against some of CrossFit Southie’s very own athletes!
CrossFit New England is hosting their second annual Competitor’s Division competition on January 25 & 26 right in our own backyard, at the Seaport Wold Trade Center. Many big name athletes, including Chris Spealler, Lindsay Valenzuela, and Rich Froning will be competing throughout the weekend. This is an excellent opportunity to cheer on your fellow Southie members, while catching some elite-level athletes in action.
Saturday 1/25 will be an individual competition. Our very own Pat P. is registered to compete, and he’s given us his guarantee that he will take down Chris Spealler in at least one workout. Go Pat!
Sunday 1/26 will be a team competition, and Southie has two teams representing! TinaMo, Andrea, Hyatt & Dale, and Tracy, Rachel, Bish & Whoriskey will all be trying to take down Rich Froning and his start-studded team.
