    Lebo I know what you mean, felt pukey during the row.

    WOD: 29:17 w/ Joel and Joe.
    We did 75 reps instead of 50 and had two people running/rowing at the same time. The person resting couldn’t start until both people working had finished.

      Exactly. Went all out on my first 250m row. Then each of the next 3 felt progressively pukier.
