We did 75 reps instead of 50 and had two people running/rowing at the same time. The person resting couldn’t start until both people working had finished.
Exactly. Went all out on my first 250m row. Then each of the next 3 felt progressively pukier.
I enjoyed this wod today–meaning it made me want to die (specifically the rowing). Tara you are my rowing hero!
