I was already sick of burpees, hyper sick of them now. Didn’t even know there was a swear jar. I guess I owe Amy and Goose a lot of money. I can bring in another voided check if we just want to set up automatic charging for my swearing going forward.

7+15 I could get used to this afternoon workout thing. Going to the 530 class is like training at altitude. I miss my fellow HTKers though.
LOL @ the altitude training. Doesn’t go unnoticed though. I always look at 530’s already impressive results and then think about how even crazier it is that y’all are doing it that early. 275!? DADDY WEIGHT.
Heading to FL tonight for a couple of days for work, so I stayed home this morning and jumped in with the lunch crowd. Be back Thurs at 5:30am.

There was a 17-minute cap. I almost finished…was on the 3rd round of dead lifts. Apparently I was using the Rx weight but didn’t realize it, since the weight was in kg and the instruction mostly in French LOL. We weren’t allowed to drop the bar on the ground, which pissed me off…
I bought a t-shirt but they only had Large, which will be too big for me. So, if anyone wants it, just let me know…it’s yours! I was thinking maybe Coach Nick, but he tends to look best in tight-fitting, sleeveless, women’s CrossFit gear…
