There will be no Sat and Sun classes.  Come by and support your athletes at the Southie Showdown.  Friday PM classes will be held at 4pm,5pm & 6pm in Southie Green only (no 7pm green class).  Orange classes at 330,430,530 & 630pm classes are cancelled to prepare for the throw-down.  We could use some help throughout the weekend if you haven’t signed up to volunteer already.  If you are free, stop by the box and help set up on Friday or email [email protected] for weekend help.

Epic Disaster. I’m not even sure how many rounds I missed.

    Push-press: 110 x3
WOD: L3/a mix of dubs and 40 singles. 1 round missed.
I lost the dubs tonight. I blame this on my epic fail or not continuing to practice especially after to totally nailing them the other night.
