    Snatch 105x 3 focused on technique because lower back was immobilized
    Weighted pull ups up to 5x #80
    Back squat up to 375x 3 w/ 2 chainz
    Wod 7:16, hit my face on the pull up bar, ain’t no thang, dale 1 pull up bar 0
    GHD 20# med ball sit ups 3 rounds of 20
