#TBT – 2013 – Southie 5k

Reebok CrossFit ONE is hosting on this Friday in support of the “All in, All the Time” foundation to help raise money for the Wilkinson Family out of Virginia Beach. The father, SOCS Chad Wilkinson passed away last Tuesday, leaving behind his wife and two children.

All funds raised as the event will go to the AIATT foundation, in his honor, to help support Naval Special Warfare families.

Who:
Anyone who is willing to participate “All in, all the time”.

What:
Team marathon run
Teams of 4-26 will complete 26.2 miles on a TrueForm Runner
(Teams can run in any order, and athletes can run multiple times)
There are 11 available treadmills

When:
Friday, November 16th
12:00 – 6:00PM

Why:
Raising money for the Wilkinson Family. SOCS Chad Wilkinson passed away on October 30th and left behind his wife, and two children. All In All The Time Foundation will be collecting money on their behalf.

-Details-
At Noon on Friday. A shotgun start begins the marathon race on the TrueForm runners. Teams can consist of as many as 26 people, and as little as 4 people. Each claimed TrueForm is asked to raise $1000 for the cause. Reebok will match the donations made to the AIATT foundation.

Coaches Tip – Rounds 10-9-8 include more than half the reps in the workout. Try to push through the rounds of 7 and 6. After finishing those rounds its quick to the finish.
