Congratulations, Rach & Bob!

Please join us in wishing a heartfelt congratulations to Rachel and Bob Pauze on the birth of their son, Noah Thomas Pauze. Noah was born early on the morning of Friday, October 2nd. Everybody is happy and healthy. Rachel continued to work out and modify CrossFit workouts straight through the very end. In fact, Rach and Bob were here last Thursday at 6:30AM for the hero workout “Badger” … and her water broke at 5pm at that night! We could not be happier for Rachel and Bob and look forward to their return to the 6:30AM crew. We can’t wait to meet little Noah!
