The only schedule change in effect for the Holiday weekend is Monday. There will only be a 2pm class on Monday, followed by a BBQ! All of Saturday’s and Sunday’s classes will be held as scheduled.

***Since there is only 5 HSPUs at a time, use a more difficult version. Less resistance with the bands, or add plates for a deeper depth***
