Double Under Seminar with Jump N’ Rope: Sunday, October 19th

Do you cringe whenever you see double unders in a workout? Or perhaps you’re just looking to refine your jump roping technique? We have the solution! Join us for a 2-hour seminar dedicated to jumping rope led by Molly Metz. Molly is a 5-time World Jump Rope Champion and can do over 1,400 consecutive double unders! Molly and her crew will spend two hours with you working on jump rope proficiency through drills, instruction, and demos. This could be the answer to your double under frustrations!     Deadlift: 375×1 (25# PR)
    WOD: 3+54 Rx

    Wouldn’t have even attempted a PR tonight if I wasn’t sharing a platform with Whalen, who was acting nonchalant about the weight on the bar. There was a moment around 5 mins left in the strength session where everyone was nearing their final attempts and the PR bell kept ringing.

    Used Rx weight but needed the ring for pistols

    DL: Up to 195#, but there was more chatting than deadlifting…
    WOD: 4+59
    Glad to be back after a week+ off!

    WOD: 3+72. Woof. Horrendous dubs, I need that jump rope seminar so bad that I’m signing up even though I’ll be getting home from Vegas that morning.. yikes!
