In-House Throwdown Details
As you all know, the 2014 In-House Throwdown is THIS Saturday! Just a reminder, all regularly scheduled classes will be cancelled on Saturday (5/17) due to the Throwdown. We hope that you can join us on Saturday even if you are not competing. Come by for a while, cheer on your friends, and stick around for the after party! It’s guaranteed to be a good time. Below is some important information for the day, so please read carefully and let us know if you have any questions!
Parking: We highly encourage you to carpool on Saturday, or walk if you live close to the gym. Parking will be allowed in the CFS lot, in front of Hilti, along the fence by the running path, behind Pier Transmission, and on the street. Please do not block any garage doors or entrances to CFS or any other building, and please do not block the running path – we will need it! There is no parking the the BCBS parking lot! They will tow you.
Heat Assignments: Heat times and assignments will be posted on Thursday. Check back on the blog for those details! The first heat will kick off at 9:00am.
Athlete Meeting: Please arrive by 8:35am for a mandatory athlete briefing. We’ll be covering all of the movement standards for each workout and answering any questions you may have. Don’t get no repped during the workout because you were late for the meeting!
Judges & Volunteers: Please arrive by 8:15am for set-up and to go over responsibilities for the day.
After Party: Make sure you stick around for the after party and your chance to dunk DeDonno! If anyone would like to contribute some food to the party, it would be much appreciated. We love paleo treats!
