    Warm-up: raining out so did 5-4-3-2-1, 110# stone to shoulder & lateral burpees over the stone
    3 rds of 12 ring rows and 12 decline push-ups

    Thruster: 195#

    WOD: Front squats at 185#, 14 HSPUs, 15 C2Bs
    ~ 27 min

    almost threw up.. a lil MDW wake up call if you must… jeesh

    Warm-up: raining out so did 5-4-3-2-1, 110# stone to shoulder & lateral burpees over the stone
    3 rds of 12 ring rows and 12 decline push-ups

    Thruster: 195#

    WOD: Front squats at 185#, 14 HSPUs, 15 C2Bs
    ~ 27 min

    thruster: 175×2, tried for three reps a couple times, but just missed.
    WOD: [email protected] based on Crowley’s finish. HSPUs took a while, but thanks to christina for correcting my kip form.

    Thruster: 185#, felt weak from working out last night so didn’t push it
    WOD: scaled this a bit. Front squats at 185#, 7 HSPU/rd, 3MUps/rd. Linked all MUps in 2 of the 4 rds. Should have done 5/rd as they were feeling good. Clock stopped at 15, and I think my time was 18ish. HSPUs in 3rd and 4th rounds were slooooooowwwwwww.

    Thruster: 155 x 3 really felt the proper form on the last 3…wish I had more time
    WOD: no idea but completed it at Regional. Took way too long. I’m with Crowley, HSPU need some work…and MU’s as well.
