    WOD: 16:30 Rx (The rare case when something isn’t as bad as I initially thought it would be, didn’t think I’d be able to hang with the 155# cleans.)

    Dodge ball earlier in the week, wheelbarrows/rolls/buddy carries today. I’m starting to wonder if the plan is to trick us into getting really warmed up by making the warm-up fun. It worked for me at least, had a damn blast this morning.

    Posted a DNF in the comments earlier this week. It’s easy to throw up the results you’re proud of for everyone to see, not so much with the ones you’d rather forget. That’s my plan, hold myself accountable for those really ugly ones so I’ll want to do better next time.

      Great point Jason. I got smoked in the Lark today in a non class setting and immediately put my time on the board. Don’t hide from your weakness, expose them for the world to see and then work to turn them into your strengths.
