8am class will run along with the toasties in Southie Orange for the entire hour, warm up and all with Coach Nick “Boom Boom Room” DeDonno .  Come prepared to start at 8am.

The tabata protocol calls for 8 sets of 20s work:10s rest.  There will be a 1 minute rest between each tabata.    Your score is the sum of the lowest set of each tabata.
