Are you willing to commit to the best fitness program on earth and reach your maximum health and fitness potential?  Are you willing to be pushed to your limits and show up day after day for more?  Are you willing to change your lifestyle and create a new, better, healthier, stronger, happier you?  Crossfit Southie is the place for you!

It is not a coincidence  that  everyone I have ever met involved in CrossFit is a great, fun-loving person.  CrossFit is hard!  The pain we put ourselves through WOD after WOD is excruciating.  A strong work ethic and a desire to better oneself are requirements as a CrossFitter.  We continually push ourselves to the limits, to become better at CrossFit and, in turn, better at life outside of the box.  I am so grateful, day after day, for the wonderful people CrossFit has brought into my life.  This is just the beginning.  I am excited to grow our community and give back to others what CrossFit has given to me.

L2 – 30 reps of each

L1 – 20 reps of each
