Paleo Challenge

Paleo Challenge: Well for those of you who have stuck to your guns, the final weigh-in in this Saturday. I will be doing weigh-ins and measurements from 9 until 1. The WODs will be retested Monday and Tuesday of next week, and we will end with “Fran” on Monday, March 5th. Please make sure that you have logged all of your points so we can choose a winner. I know no one has been using the whiteboard, but please write your numbers in there as well.

Open WOD 12.1: Don’t forget to submit your scores at and we will validate them.  We will be testing Open WOD 12.1 one more time on Sunday starting at 11am. If you are planning on participating please post that you are “in” in the comments section.

1 round for max weight without putting the bar down or you may take this time to get comfortable with the movements and warmed up for the WOD.

There must be a clear distinction between movements in both the strength and workout.  You may not take the last hang squat clean into a thruster.
