We would like to see you working as close to your body weight as possible. Please weigh in before the WOD. If you are lighter then when you weighted in at the beginning of the challenge, Congratulations! the workout should be easier this go around :). If you have been here less than a month we want you to do 1/2 -3/4 your body weight. If you have been here for less than 3 months we want you doing 3/4-body weight. We will give you plenty of time to warm up and decide on an appropriate weight for the workout.

although I am disappointed at the lack of actual lbs lost, I am really excited about my accomplishment!! I could NOT have done it without the 7 am class cheering me on! Thank you all!

That’s 52 seconds slower than when I started the paleo challenge. I’m blaming Angie: she really wore me out–my arms feel like rubber and I can’t straighten then. And those two brownies last night at the Oscar party didn’t help.
Enough excuses. I feel terrible. I need to earn my stripes.

What is the last day of the challenge that we have to have a food log?
Sat the 25th was the last day…so Sunday you would have an empty log
