Internal Open Teams!

The Open is such a great time in the year. A lot of exciting things happen when you’re pushed outside of your comfort zone. The Open really brings the gym together and makes you feel connected to other parts of the Crossfit community all around the world!

New this year we’ll be adding our own Internal Teams! Teams will include a mixture of Masters, RX, Coaches and Scaled Athletes. Once you sign up for the open you’ll be assigned a team and team captain! You can come up with your own team name, colors, theme, ect. together. Teams will be organized and announced on the blog Thursday night.

Each team will be scored by their WOD ranking in the Northeast each week. You’ll have a spreadsheet which will add up everyone’s rank for that week and the team with the lowest number will win that week. Also up for grabs each week are 10 spirit points for creativity and support for your team. When you register for the Open you must select Crossfit Southie as your TEAM and AFFILIATE. Please visit the Crossfit Games website to register!
