    WOD L2 w/ 1 Ab Mat 33:48

    This was the first time I’ve done a one ab mat HSPU. I was pretty much exhausted after that and the workout took FOREVER. Thankfully Coach Nick was cheering me on. Not sure I would have finished otherwise.

    Is anyone having trouble with the paleo tracker? My last day entered is not showing up under my logs but it is showing up under “ALL” logs. ???
