100 dubs
Accumulate 1 minute in a perfect handstand hollow hold
-Barbell squat morning stretch X 10
Work on skills and mobilize

On the minute complete the following tasks. 5 rounds-20 minutes.
1. 50 Double Unders
2. 15/10 kipping ring dips
3. 14 alternating pistols
4. 10/7 Strict Handstand Push-ups
Too easy? Add weight and defecit

Chipper Biathlon Style
30 Power Snatches (135,95)
40 Toes to Bar
50 Wallballs
60 Kettlebell Swings (2,1.5)

The goal is to link as many reps as possible. Each time a set is broken up you must complete 25 double unders before continuing on.

    WOD: 18:37 (115/1.5)
    I hated this WOD from the moment I read it. Then I bitched about it (sorry, Halley). Really glad I did it though. Probably one of the best all around workout days I’ve had in a long time.

    Scale-a-palooza. I warmed up RX though.
    Skillz – Dubs RX, 7 ring dips, 10 pistols, 7 strict HSPU w/red bands
    WOD – 13:35 scaled – Almost just stopped after 5 snatches at 115, but decided to drop the weight to 95 and then cut reps for all movements in half. 1.5p KB. Even then I felt like hell – This cold is killing me.

      I didn’t scale shit……but you all beat me and goose no reped me 5 times………
