There will be no 3pm class today. The coaches are doing their annual holiday outing (which involves nailing each other with paintballs), sorry for the inconvenience!! There will  still be a 2pm class. Get in before the snow!

Chipper
Row 2000m or run 1 mile
80 Double Unders
60 Kettlebell Swings (1.5,1)
40 Toes to Bar
20 Pistols
5 Rope Climbs

Level 2- (1, 0.75), (2 rope climbs)
Level 1-(0.75,0.5), (6 Pull to stand), 1000m row or 800m run

    21:14 RX. Couldn’t keep up with Kelly- I think its because she always has the best shoes. Three brave souls opted for the mile over the row, but I think only two made it back. Went over to the toaster afterwards and PR’d my split jerk at 235# thanks to some quick advice from goose after he saw me fail my first attempt.

    Cool pic! And totally bummed I can’t make it today. Rope climbs AND what looks like a really fun chipper.
