Craic’n Down on MS
CrossFit Craic is hosting a fundraiser competition on 8/23 to benefit MS, with all proceeds being donated to the National MS Society. The competition will be for co-ed teams; however your partner is a mystery until you arrive! You must sign up with a partner of the opposite sex, but that does not mean they will be your partner on game day.  There will be prizes for top finishers and a party to follow.     Woohoo — took 2+ minutes off my time from last fall!!! 9:32 –> 7:23. Put a spring in my step the whole day!! (Though I would NOT be feeling this “chipper” if we’d done the 50-40-30-20-10 version!!)
