*We’re adding L1/L2 classes on Friday night.  Going forward there will be a 5:00pm and 6:00pm L1/L2 class in Southie Green on Fridays.  Sunday we will be hosting the movement and mobility certification with KStar.  We will be making some schedule changes to accommodate the seminar as well as the members participating.  All classes on Sunday will be held in Southie Green.  We will add a 7:30-9 Advanced/Open Gym for anyone that would like to come in for some non-instructed gym time.  We will also have the regularly scheduled 9am class but will be canceling the 10am class.  Yoga with Kim will still be on for Sunday.  All changes can be found on the google calendar. *
