Lost and Found has been permanently relocated to the mobility room in Southie Green. Any garments left around both Southie Green and Orange going forward will be placed here. On the last Thursday of each month we will be donating all left over items to GoodWill.

Spring is in the air! The sun is out and the days are getting longer- all reminders that summer is right around the corner! We want to help you attain your summer goals and get beach body ready by kicking off our Spring Paleo Challenge. For those of you who have never participated in one of our nutritional challenges before, here is a little info:

What is the Paleo Diet?
This diet refers to what our ancestors of the paleolithic age ate. Their diet consisted mostly of lean protein, fresh fruits and vegetables from the earth, and little amounts of nuts and seeds. In our very modern world most of the foods made readily available to us are heavily processed. These sorts of foods have been linked to weight gain, diabetes, high cholesterol, etc. We want to expose you to a new and “fresh” way of eating. We challenge you to sign up to participate! Check out the details below.
