ATTN YOGIs!!  Sorry, there will be no Yoga class on Sunday. Tamara will be away in Miami sharpening her skills in Advanced Yoga training.  Yoga will resume next Sunday March 1st and fingers crossed there will be no more interruptions from Mother Nature.

    Split jerk: 135×2 – for 2 on the split since we don’t usually get along
    WOD: 7:35 rx – sneaky gasser
    Conditioning a la Haley: 2000m row + death by burpees (every min… on min 1 = 1 burpee, on min 2 = 2 burpees)…. still have a version of fran lung and its 4 hours later.
