We will have a reduced schedule today. There will be classes only at 9,10,11,12,4 and 5pm. These are All Levels classes L1/L2 athletes are encouraged to come to any of the class times. You will do fine!

On the downside: finished this one significantly over the time cap.
On the upside: first time using the 1.5 pood KB instead of the 1 pood & 1st time doing entire workout T2B w/ no modifications (still no kip though)
