Skills HSPU’s Muslce Ups HERO WOD “Nate” AMRAP 20 2 Muscle-ups 4 Handstand Push-up 8 Kettlebell swings (2/1.5) L2 (1.5/1) L1 (1/26) We can scale muscles up with bands or by subbing 3 pull ups and 3 ring dips for each MUUP. HSPU’s can be scaled with bands or pike presses.
