For those looking to plan ahead, next weeks strengths include Power Clean on Tuesday, Split Jerk and Push Press on Wednesday and Back Squat on Friday.

Social Committee Meeting – Tuesday, April 14th at 7pm!
One of the best parts of CrossFit is the community and all of the extracurricular activities that go along with it. And let’s face it, we know how to have a good time. We want to offer a wide variety of activities for everyone to take part in so that we can all have some fun and get to know one another a little better outside of the gym. So with that goal in mind, we are going to revive the Social Committee! This group will help brainstorm, organize, and coordinate social events – whether they be parties, obstacle races, or anything else you can come up with. If you’d like to take part in planning all the fun, please join us on Tuesday night at 7pm in the Pain Cave to discuss ideas and plan for the spring and summer. All are welcome! If you can’t make it to the meeting but have ideas, please send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll make sure they are included!
