CrossFit Southie is Going to Regionals!
In just a few short weeks, the CFS Team will be headed to Albany, NY to throw down with the best of the best. This year, our team will be comprised of Daniela Bitto, Jen Merinder, Matt Martinez & Brendan Caslin. We can’t wait to watch them compete!

If you’ve never been to Regionals, we highly recommend you clear your calendar and make the trip. It’s an awesome opportunity to see the best in our sport battle it out for a trip to the CrossFit Games. More importantly, it’s a fun weekend filled with cheering on the Southie squad, mingling with CrossFitters from around the Northeast and Canada, and checking out lots of cool vendors and companies. You won’t want to miss it! There has been some interest in carpooling and arranging group travel. If you’re interested in making the trip to Albany, please post to comments to coordinate with others. Don’t forget to wear your Southie green!
