1 Clean and Jerk (155,105)

Level 2- 75 Burpees (135,80)
Level 1- 50 Burpees  (95,55)
Adv (185, 135)

You can take a full minute off. I you complete the clean and jerk and rest the remainder of the minute. If you miss the full minute including the clean and jerk, you owe a 500m row. A 500m row for every round missed.

    Speaking of Neal’s question. What about that moment when you realize that it’s not 100 burpees and then a 2nd EMOM WOD, but all one in the same WOD. Worst moment.

    Push Press: 125×5 (PR)…which better mean a much higher PR when we next do 2 or 3 reps during strength! Also, thanks Amy for the pointers!

    9:59RX. I never thought I’d say this, but I hope we do the 7 minutes of burpees again from last years open so we can see how much we have improved. Anyone want to do it again some weekend?
