Speak Up!

Have you ever been out at a sports bar and wondered to yourself, “What can I possibly eat?” Whether you eat 100% paleo or not, you probably value a healthy meal. And more likely than not, you have been out with friends at a bar and felt like the options were anything but conducive to feeling good about your choices the next morning.

Our neighbors at Jerry Remy’s Sports Bar & Grill agrees that they need some healthier options, and they’ve reached out to CrossFit Southie for some help! They’d like to hear your feedback – both good and bad – on how they can improve their menu to better suite an athlete’s diet.

She’ll be raffling off 7 seats to a free dinner at Jerry Remy’s on a weekend evening in March where you’ll eat some great food and share your feedback with the chef. Let your voice be heard!

    13:41? L2 – did the HSPU (with 2 ab mats) pretty pumped
