Bring a Friend Day: Thursday 11/29 during all classes!
Do you have a friend, family member, or significant other who hears you talk about CrossFit all of the time and wants to give it a try themselves? Bring a Friend Day is your chance to bring them in to CrossFit Southie for a WOD and show them what it is all about! You’ll partner with your buddy for the workout, cheer them on, and show them what CrossFit is all about! No prior experience with CrossFit is necessary and no advanced registration required. Please just be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes early prior to your class to fill out a waiver. We can’t wait to meet your friends!

SKI WEEKEND – February 7th-10th
Last years trip was such a success, we decided to plan a follow up trip to Killington, VT for round 2 for the weekend of February 7th-10th (Thursday-Sunday)! We rented a 5,000 square foot house that had a sweet enclosed outdoor 10 person hot tub, pool table, and was walking distance to Killington’s night life and live music. The same house is available if we can get enough peeps on board, otherwise we have other options available. The lodging cost for the weekend would be around $250/person but would not include lift tickets. We were able to purchase reduced rate lift tickets ($82) from Costco last year.
