Thanks to everyone who took place in the throwdown this weekend. It was a great time, very proud of you all. To see the overall results please click here.

On June 22-23, an amazing event is going to happen at Gillette Stadium. For 26 hours, first responders and military personnel from across the country will participate in a workout marathon to honor and raise money to assist the families of police officers Donahue and Collier and the victims of the Boston Marathon Bombings; 100% of the money raised will go to this cause .

Here is the official site: www.bswm617.com

CrossFit Level 1 Coaches and volunteers are needed at each of the 26 stations. We can take commitments for any period of time as well so you do not have to stay the entire time if that is not an option for you. ย Food and drinks will be available as Gillette Stadium will be taking the lead on this!

The more coaches/volunteers we have, the better we can serve those who serve to protect us everyday.

All those who can help, PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW and PLEASE REPLY TO [email protected] and let him know how much time you can volunteer.
