I had a fun time working with Christine and Meg at 6am. Meg killed the pull ups making it look easy to do ten in a row and Christine was great on the dips.
Im in Vermont doing WOD’s at Champlain Valley however If I was at Southie today I would be making Chris Berretta bang out birthday burpees!!! Just saying!!
