    do both partners run (800 each at the same time) or do you alternate (400 each one person working at a time)?

    I had a fun time working with Christine and Meg at 6am. Meg killed the pull ups making it look easy to do ten in a row and Christine was great on the dips.

    Im in Vermont doing WOD’s at Champlain Valley however If I was at Southie today I would be making Chris Berretta bang out birthday burpees!!! Just saying!!

    Took this one down with ‘Big chief’ (Guyton) today. Big Chief no likey run but we did well. Good times.

    This was a good one. Partnered with Ben for 232 Rx. Pace the run, then knock out the reps nonstop.
