Now is the time. I know it’s summer and everyone wants to party and relax, but as your coaches we want to remind you to stay motivated! Don’t lose what you have worked hard for up to this point. If you want to compete in the Open next year, start training now. There is no time to waste.

Our goal board hasn’t been updated since March. We are going to wipe it clean and start all over. Come up with a 1 month and 3 month goal and make sure that you try your best to hit it!

This fall there will be a 3-part NE competiton series called the garage games. We will be launching the website sometime in the next month. CFNE, CF Milford, and Southie will be hosting the events. There will be a RX and a scaled level of competition. This will be an excellent event to train for. Keep it in mind when training!
