Due to the Endurance Cert, we will only be running one box this weekend.ย ย  Classes today will only be held in Southie Green at 8am,9am,10am, 11am, 2pm and 3pm.ย  Open gym will only be permitted from 12-2pm.

100 foot Walking lunge with 45lb/25lb plate held overhead
30 Box jumps (24,20)
20 Wallball shots (20,14)
10 Handstand push-ups

Level 2- 3 Rounds
Level 1- 3 Rounds (20/10/5)

    Crazy improvement, Nick! 30:59 Rx. I accidentally did 5 rounds. FML. My little hobbit legs will be feeling this mistake all week.

    26:53 pike push ups – everything else RX

    Super pumped about this WOD. I am 100% sure I did this before with 25lb plate, 24in box, blue ball, and pike push up. On a Saturday with Lando coaching. It was miserable and I remember it taking 40 to 50 mins. I need to dig up the time.
