Normal AM And afternoon classes today.  Open Gym from 1-4pm.  We will be running a reduced schedule tonight night with All Levels classes in Southie Green at 4,5,6 &7.
Thanksgiving we will have a 8am and 9am class
Friday we will be holding All Levels classes  9,11,noon, 4,5,6 & 7 and open gym from 1-4 in Southie Green.

Where: MJ O’Connors @ the Westin Waterfront
Dress: Dressy/Cocktail Attire
We’ll have the entire bar reserved until 11pm. Please join us to celebrate the holiday season! All are welcome – friends, family, significant others, etc. We hope to see everyone there!

*If your Squat Clean and Split Jerk needs work, work on improving them in earlier sets instead of defaulting to what you are comfortable with. As the weight becomes a limiting factor you can fall back on what you are comfortable with.

        Thanks Andrea. It felt like it wouldn’t end but in retrospect it was pretty good. Easy to do with little equipment also. Happy Thanksgiving.
