Warm-up
800m Run
-10 minutes of BB quad rolling Complete the quad stretch against the wall

Strength
Spend 20 minutes working towards a 1 RM Back Squat

WOD
“Bergeron Beep Test”
EMOM for as long as possible, complete:
7 Thrusters, 75/55
7 Pull ups
7 Burpees
*Scale reps as necessary. You should be able to complete at LEAST 5 rounds.

    Strength – 295# (hit 305# last weeks. I think the 60 squats yesterday took a little out of the legs)
    WOD – 8 rounds with 5 reps of each movement instead of 7.
    Cashout – Rob and I did it, but it wasn’t pretty. So we followed it up with 3 rounds of 10 GHD sit ups and back extensions with 25#
