Benchmark WOD: “Fight Gone Bad” + DPT Coach Matt Martinez

Toby – Shows Up Everyday, Always Gives 100%

Hi friends, for those of you that don’t know me, my name is Matthew Martinez and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy that specializes in sport related injuries. I currently work in a physical therapy clinic in Watertown called Kennedy Brother’s Physical Therapy, that’s located inside of a Boston Sports Club. I’m currently working on my CMPT which is a manual therapy certification awarded for completing a 150hr course and passing the hands-on and oral exams.
I’ve been a member at CFS for the last 2.5years and coaching at Southie for the past year (currently coaching the 1-on-1 mobility screenings from 6 to 7pm and mobility classes at 7pm on Wednesdays). I’ve also had the greatest opportunity this year to represent you, the community, at this years 2018 CrossFit Regionals as a member of the CF Southie Regional team, finishing 16th overall (we’re practically games athletes now 😉 .
I wanted to reach out to everyone to let you know that I will be taking on clients at CFS on Thursday mornings and Saturdays, by appointment only. This will be a cash-based clinic when at CFS, however if you wish to use your health insurance plan, I’d be more than happy to see you at the Watertown clinic during the week. If you or anyone you know is interested, please feel free to reach out. I would be more than happy to answer any an all questions that you have regarding what I can do for you.
You can reach me by phone (call/text): (210)313-1974
