4th of July Weekend Schedule
Friday 6/30 – Normal Schedule
Saturday 6/1 – Lumberjack 20! No classes in Southie Orange. All levels classes at 8AM, 9AM, 10AM, 11AM & 2PM. Oly class at 11AM. Mobility class and Intro class at 12pm. There WILL be babysitting from 9AM-10:30AM.
Sunday 6/2 – Normal Schedule
Monday 6/3 – All levels classes at 530AM, 630AM, 9AM, 11AM, 12PM, 4PM, 5PM, 6PM & 7PM. There WILL be bootcamp class at 6:30AM.
Tuesday 7/4 – Partner WOD! All levels classes at 8AM & 9AM only. Happy 4th!
Dr. Fernandez In the House THIS Friday Night!
Dr. Fernandez is taking appointments for this Friday, June 30th from 4pm – 7pm. Dr. Fernandez is an Internationally Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and a member of the International Federation of Chiropractic Sports Physicians. U.S. Army First Lieutenant Brian Bradshaw, 24, of Steilacoom, Washington, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Airborne Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, based in Fort Richardson, Alaska, died in Kheyl, Afghanistan, on June 25th, 2009, from wounds suffered when insurgents detonated a roadside bomb near his vehicle. He is survived by his parents, Paul and Mary, and brother Robert.
