In an effort to allow everyone to get down to Canton this weekend, we’ll be running a reduced schedule for the weekend. Take a look at the schedule updates here:
Friday – All Levels Classes in Southie Green @ 5:30, 6:30, 7:30, 11AM, Noon, 4, 5, 6, 7pm.  There will be no classes in Orange and no 9am.
Saturday – All Levels Classes in Southie Green @ 7, 8 & 9AM
Sunday – All Levels Classes in Southie Green @ 7, 8AM & 9am. No Yoga.
*Please note that on Saturday & Sunday, the box will shut down promptly after the last class to allow everyone to get to Canton and cheer for CFS! Thank you for understanding.

If you are planning to attend Regionals, you can check out a schedule of events and heat times here. Team CFS will be competing each day from 9am-Noon. Coach TinaMo’s heats will vary depending on the day, but will always be in the afternoon.
