    Second time at this one.
    Took away some scaling this time and got faster #crossfit.
    12/3/15 28:47 – 20 inch box/1 Pood Russians/20# ball to 9 feet/100 singes
    12/4/13 29:47 – 20 inch box/knees to chest/.75 KB/10# ball/100 singles.

    I’ve successfully avoided this WOD until tonight. I really wanted to get under the 30min cap but failed on the 50th dub after getting the first 49. Next time.

    My knees to elbows are more like knees to lower triceps, so that’s one thing that’s stayed consistent…

    My comment from 4/9/15: “Totally surprised myself with a 4 minute improvement this morning! Been feeling dumpy and a lot less conditioned since last summer, but I guess it’s just mental after this long winter.”

    My comment for today: Came in again today not expecting a PR by any means, but I guess this Crossfit stuff works 😛

    Sam Dancer WOD: 0-20 Min For Time: 30 Cal Row, 30 Wall Balls, 30 T2B, 30 Deadlift, 30 Burpee Box Jumps, 30 DL, 30 T2B, 30 WB, 30 Cal Row. Minutes 20-25 – AMRAP 1 Power Clean 20 Dubs 2 PC 20 Dubs 3 PC 20 Dubs, and so on. Minutes 25-30 – Rest. Minute 30+ Complete For Time – 15 STO 28 Front Rack Lunge (supposed to be 90′ walking but no room) 15 STO 28 FR Lunge.
    Chipper – 18:36 (155# & GHD)
    AMRAP – 4+5 @ 155
    Part 3 – 6:32 @ 95 (babying shoulder)

      Chipper – 240 @155#
      AMRAP – 4 even @ 155# (thought it was right into the third workout so rested and adjusted weights like an idiot with just over a full minute left)
      Part 3 – 10:38 @135# front rack lunges were no joke
      This was a bear………….
